Sarah Davidson, MFT, LPC
Therapist
Sarah is a fervent advocate for positive transformations, firmly believing that becoming the best version of oneself is an achievable aspiration for all. Guided by kindness, open-mindedness, and the cultivation of authentic therapeutic relationships, Sarah empowers her clients to attain their desired goals through a calm, grounded, and supportive approach.
Her passion lies in forging genuine connections and establishing a secure space where clients can embark on a journey of growth and change. Sarah’s style in the therapy room is approachable, relatable, and steady—helping clients feel comfortable opening up, even when the topics are difficult. With a down-to-earth presence and a direct, encouraging approach, she works to create an environment where clients feel safe, understood, and motivated to move forward.
Sarah uses her calming, yet driven nature to ease clients into the counseling process while also keeping their goals firmly in view. She recognizes that each client possesses a distinctive narrative, and she assumes the role of a dedicated guide—walking alongside them with patience in both the good times and the hard moments. Her approach involves uplifting and motivating clients, while also providing the gentle nudge required to step outside their comfort zones, build essential skills, and create meaningful change.
Sarah enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families with older children, believing that the relationships closest to us often have the greatest impact on our emotional health and personal development. She helps clients identify strengths, focus on what is within their control, and develop a clear plan of action—so progress feels possible, practical, and sustainable.
When Sarah isn’t in the therapy room helping her clients, she can be found spending time with her husband and family, reading, and watching true crime docs.
