Alexandria Rubin, LPC Intern

Intern-Sliding Scale Available

Alexandria brings warmth, curiosity, and authenticity into her work as a therapist. Her approach integrates self-awareness and emotional insight to help clients reconnect with themselves and cultivate deeper, more meaningful relationships. She believes that therapy is a collaborative journey—one where clients are invited to explore who they are, what they value, and how they want to show up in their lives and relationships.

With a style that is both reflective and grounded, Alexandria helps clients identify the patterns that leave them feeling stuck, while gently encouraging growth rooted in compassion, purpose, and integrity. She balances empathy with honest and thoughtful feedback, supporting clients in deepening their understanding of themselves and stepping into meaningful change.

Alexandria was drawn to this work through her own process of healing and rediscovery. She understands what it means to appear steady and capable on the outside while feeling disconnected within. This personal experience fuels her passion for supporting clients who may struggle silently with identity, self-worth, relationships or emotional connection.

Alexandria strives to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel seen, grounded, and empowered to pursue connection, wholeness, and lasting transformation. She helps clients make sense of their experiences, recognize unhelpful relational patterns, and develop healthier, more fulfilling ways of connecting—to themselves and to others.
