Giuliana Olivito, LPC Intern

Giuliana Olivito, female intern at solid foundations therapy

Intern-Sliding Scale Available

Giuliana is a warm, authentic therapist who believes meaningful change begins with feeling genuinely heard, understood, and accepted. She creates a welcoming, judgment-free environment where clients can safely explore their experiences while working collaboratively toward healthier relationships, greater self-awareness, and lasting personal growth. Giuliana approaches therapy as a partnership, believing there is no "right" way to show up, only the  a willingness to begin.

At the heart of Giuliana’s work is the understanding that our past experiences often shape how we view ourselves, relate to others, and navigate life’s challenges. She helps clients identify patterns that may no longer be serving them while encouraging greater self-compassion and helping them develop new ways of approaching life and relationships. Her goal is to move beyond simply understanding problems and empower clients to create meaningful, lasting change.

Creating a safe, respectful, and affirming space is one of Giuliana’s highest priorities. Her warmth, attentiveness, and compassionate nature help clients feel comfortable discussing even the most difficult topics, knowing they will be met with empathy rather than judgment. She believes healing occurs through a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, collaboration, and shared goals, where clients feel supported while also being encouraged to continue growing.

She recognizes that every client's journey is unique and tailors therapy to meet each person's individual needs, blending insight with evidence-based strategies that promote confidence, resilience, and long-term growth.

Above all, Giuliana wants clients to know they do not have to face life's challenges alone. She is committed to walking alongside them as they strengthen relationships, overcome obstacles, and build a life that feels authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with their values. Her hope is that every client leaves therapy feeling more empowered, equipped, and confident in their ability to navigate whatever comes next.

When Giuliana isn’t in the therapy room helping her clients, she enjoys spending time with her wife and their cats, playing disc golf with friends, and restoring old electronics.
